Based on Article 78, paragraph (1) of the Labor Law (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 26/16, 89/18 and 44/22) and Art. 5 and 6 paragraph (1) of the Regulation on the methodology of calculation and adjustment of the minimum wage (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, number 106/21), after consultation with the Economic and Social Council, Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the 346th session, held on 12.01.2023. year, brings

THE DECISION
ON THE AMOUNT OF THE LOWEST SALARY FOR THE YEAR 2023
I.
The lowest salary for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023 is set at a net amount of 596.00 KM.
II.
This decision enters into force on the following day from the day of its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
