In the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina” No. 31/23 of April 28, 2023. In 2008, the Regulation on reimbursement of expenses for official trips was amended.

One of the important changes is the deletion of the previous article 6, paragraph 4), which states that the daily wages and the allowance for a hot meal are mutually exclusive. This ends the restriction on the payment of a hot meal to an employee who is sent on a business trip.

REGULATION AMENDING THE REGULATION ON REFUNDS FOR OFFICIAL TRAVEL EXPENSES

Article 1.

In the Regulation on reimbursement of expenses for official trips (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 44/16 and 50/16) in Article 1, the words: “persons from Article 11a. of the Law on Civil Service in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” are deleted.

Article 2.

In Article 4, paragraph (1), the word: “include” is replaced by the words: “may include”.

Article 3.

In Article 6, paragraph (4) is deleted.

The previous paragraph (5) becomes paragraph (4). Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
