In the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 103/22 of 28.12.2022. the Regulation on the list of activities that can be performed in residential premises and outside business and residential premises was published.

In the same “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina” the Regulation on the list of activities that can be performed seasonally and the conditions for their performance was also published.

On the date of publication of these regulations, the previous regulations, which were last amended in 2012, cease to be valid.
