The Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska, No. 29/24, published the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Fiscal Invoices on 29.03.2024.

The amendment to the Rulebook shall enter into force on 06.04.2024.

The amendments are as follows:

In Article 3, paragraph 2, in Item 2, after the word “refund”, a comma shall be inserted instead of a period.

Item 3) shall be deleted.

Item 5 shall be amended to read:

5) It is possible to perform a cancellation operation on the types of transactions referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, which implies correcting an error after issuing a fiscal invoice, provided that the purpose must be clearly indicated in accordance with the instructions in the Technical Guide published on the portal of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska.
